Solar park – Cerrione

Project overview

This solar park located in the municipality of Cerrione, in the province of Biella, was built in 2023 and is the first solar park in Italy. The electricity produced by the plant – consisting of 12,000 photovoltaic panels with a total peak power rating of 6.5 MWp – can meet the energy needs of about 4,000 households.
