BayWa r.e. announces the acquisition of Renam, one of the leading Italian operators specialized in asset management and technical consulting for green energy, from Hideal. S.r.l.
Renam boasts a wealth of expert management and technical consulting experience and a portfolio of around 2 GW of renewable energy, from more than 100 wind and PV plants across Italy.
Renam currently manages over 300 MW of wind and solar projects and provides technical and policy-driven consultancy in the renewable energy sector. This acquisition allows BayWa r.e. to further strengthen its distinctive position in the Italian market to provide a holistic offering to the owners of wind and solar plants.
