Fervo Acquires BayWa r.e. Power Solutions

Fervo, an Italian group active in technical and energy services for the management and efficiency improvement of infrastructure and real estate portfolios, has acquired BayWa r.e. Power Solutions from BayWa r.e. AG. The acquired company is the Italian division specialised in the development, design, and construction of photovoltaic systems. The transaction is part of the growth trajectory of Fervo’s Energy business unit and aligns with the group’s strategy to achieve €100 million in revenue by 2026.

BayWa r.e. Power Solutions, headquartered in Verona, develops and builds both rooftop and ground-mounted photovoltaic systems, storage systems, and integrated energy solutions, with a focus on industrial clients, utilities, and IPPs. Founded in 2020, the company has established itself in the Italian EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) provider landscape, with over 120 MWp installed for major national and international clients, annual revenue exceeding €20 million, and a significant project pipeline for the next two years.

With this transaction, Fervo, an Italian company specializing in Technical Services & Energy Management headquartered in Nova Milanese (MB), integrates specific expertise in the renewable energy segment, expanding its presence and scalability in the energy sector, in line with the Group’s growth strategy.

The Group now has over 340 employees and has established an operational office in Verona, consolidating its position as an integrated provider of technical and energy services for real estate and infrastructure.
