In 2018, BayWa r.e. was yet again Gold Sponsor at the Solar Asset Management, an annual conference organized by Solar Plaza, dedicated to the management of photovoltaic systems and all related aspects such as technical, commercial and financial issues.
In addition to a stand, that hosted various meetings, BayWa r.e. has been invited to attend at the first day of works with a presentation held on the 23rd of October.
Stefano Cruccu (Manager Strategic Projects) and Virgil Cazacu (Senior Manager Digital Transformation) held a presentation entitled “Digital transformation as driver for competitiveness in PV Services”.
The presentation, focused on the digital transformation of services related to the photovoltaic system, started with a panorama of BayWa r.e and all the services offered by our company.
During their speech, Stefano and Virgil illustrated the latest innovations introduced by BayWa r.e., such as, for example, the BayWa r.e. System Safe related to the “cybersecurity”, as well as the investments that will lead to further optimization and improvements. The chance was taken to share about BayWa r.e. Services’ vision behind its current process of Digital Transformation, as well as the challenges being faced in this.
The Solar Asset Management has seen the attendance of several photovoltaic plants’ owner and managers as well as O&M operators which have been able to use this moment as a networking occasion.
