BayWa r.e. has restructured its business in Italy, bringing together a unique mix of resources, skills and expertise in the O&M market.
BayWa r.e. has restructured its business in Italy, following its recent acquisitions of Kenergia Sviluppo Srl, BayWa Ravano Operation Services Srl and BayWa Solesa Operation Services Srl.
The companies will be incorporated into BayWa r.e. Italy, which already holds 100% shareholding interest. BayWa r.e. Italy will be renamed BayWa r.e. Operation Services S.r.l, covering the groups entire renewable Operations and Management activites in Italy.
The newly restructured business brings together a unique mix of resources, skills and expertise in O&M, that will be accessible throughout Italy, thanks to BayWa r.e.s presence across all of the Italian regions. The newly formed business brings a new concept to the market in O&M, based excusively on quality and innovation. It builds on a strategy that has led BayWa r.e. to become one of the market leaders in Italy and throughout Europe.
